North Korea’s Rocket and Nuclear Diplomacy
I have an article on the North Korean rocket launch at On Line Opinion. I have not blogged that much lately due to time constraints, but I am going through an important report on counterforce in US nuclear strategy and plan to blog on it here.
I am sure we have seen leaked reports that the US (and Russia) will likely go to 1,500 for the post START treaty...you heard that first here (including the strategic reasons for this)!
